2222et Gaming Platform

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and 2222et (hereinafter referred to as "2222et", "we", "our", or "the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website located at https://2222et.net and all related subdomains, applications, services, and content made available through the platform.

By accessing or using any part of the 2222et platform — including but not limited to creating an account, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, making a deposit or withdrawal, or simply browsing the site — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all terms contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the 2222et platform.

2222et reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a registered player to review the current version of this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where amendments materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or an on-platform notice.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

This Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and form part of the binding agreement between you and 2222et.

To be eligible to register and use the 2222et platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 2222et, or of any company associated with 2222et through a commercial, technical, or corporate relationship.
4. You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for a third party, and you are using your own funds for all deposits and wagers placed on the platform.
5. You have not previously been excluded from the 2222et platform or any associated platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account suspension or termination.
6. You are of sound mind and are capable of understanding and accepting the financial risks associated with gambling activities.

2222et employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued photographic identity document before your first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. 2222et reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during your membership if deemed necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

Where 2222et has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account in question will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage access will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if underage use is confirmed. 2222et takes the protection of minors seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to underage gambling.

To access real-money gaming services on 2222et, you must register a player account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership and to update your account details promptly if any of the information you have provided changes.

3.1 Account Information

You must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and your true full name, date of birth, and contact details when registering. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on 2222et. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 2222et identifies duplicate accounts associated with a single individual, all such accounts will be closed and any balances held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. 2222et may also report such conduct to relevant financial institutions where appropriate.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. 2222et will treat any action taken through your account as an authorised action by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All player accounts on 2222et are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All displayed balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion or game description.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2222et supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile financial services), Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (bank transfers), and Visa and Mastercard (international payment cards). Available methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of active payment options is always displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 2222et, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 2222et account balance within 30 seconds of payment confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. 2222et accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party account — regardless of the relationship between the account holder and the player — are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account. 2222et reserves the right to request evidence of ownership for any payment method used.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by our banking team within 1–24 hours during normal operating conditions, subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawal requests will require you to submit a government-issued photographic ID before the request is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to enhanced due diligence checks at the discretion of our compliance team.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 2222et reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal to a payment method that differs from the deposit source as a fraud prevention measure.

Any bonus balance that has not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw a balance that includes unsatisfied bonus funds prior to meeting the wagering conditions will result in the bonus portion of the balance being automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.

4.4 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to 2222et without first attempting to resolve the matter through our official support channel is a material breach of this Agreement. Where a fraudulent transaction or chargeback is confirmed, 2222et reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, forfeit any remaining balance, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal remedies.

2222et offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses offered by 2222et are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the more specific term shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a 2222et account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount, the minimum qualifying deposit, and the applicable wagering requirements are set out in the Welcome Bonus promotion page, which is incorporated by reference into this section. Eligibility is subject to the player meeting the general eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 above.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins or free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered from the bonus balance before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means the player must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may each carry different contribution percentages, which are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Playing games with a 0% contribution rate while a bonus is active will not count towards the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

2222et actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; using a bot, script, or automated tool to generate wagers; or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus value artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, 2222et reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel all pending bonus winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account or accounts involved.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which begins from the date of the bonus being credited to the player's account. If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account balance. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms and are typically between 7 and 30 days unless otherwise specified.

As a registered member of 2222et, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of your membership, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Registering more than one account, or facilitating the registration of an account by any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players through the use of software exploits, bots, artificial intelligence tools, betting algorithms, or any other automated means not expressly authorised by 2222et.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player game format offered on the platform.
• Attempting to access any part of the platform's technical infrastructure — including its servers, databases, APIs, or source code — by any means not provided through the normal user interface.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive conduct, or threatening behaviour towards 2222et staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, software, or intellectual property belonging to 2222et without prior written authorisation.

2222et reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of the obligations described in this section and to take such remedial action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and the reporting of relevant information to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required by applicable law.

2222et reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where circumstances warrant immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from 2222et.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other form of financial crime or dishonest conduct.
• Inactivity: an account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as dormant. 2222et will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before closing a dormant account.
• A player's own request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion submitted through our support team.
• A determination by 2222et that continuing to maintain the account poses a risk to the platform, its other members, or third parties.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the primary payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 2222et may withhold the entire balance as a remedy for the breach suffered.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account or request a self-exclusion period may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately and will prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2222et, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other loss or damage of any kind, even if 2222et has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

2222et makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our control (including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events) may temporarily affect platform availability. 2222et will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

8.1 Dispute Resolution

If you believe that an error has occurred in respect of any wager, game result, payment transaction, or bonus calculation on your account, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this 30-day window may not be investigated or upheld.

2222et will review all legitimate dispute submissions and provide a written response within 10 business days. Where a technical error on 2222et's part is confirmed, appropriate remediation will be applied to the affected account. Where game results are determined by a certified RNG system and the result is confirmed as valid by the game provider's server logs, 2222et's determination of the game outcome shall be final.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 8.1 above before any external recourse is sought.

Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
